How to see your ad results inside Roya?

In this video, I am going to explain how you can see the results of your ad and what the different metrics mean and what to pay attention to.

  1. To see the results, go to the tab ‘Advertise’ on the homepage and scroll all the way down, there you can see all the ads that are currently running.
  2. Click on the ad, that you want to see the results of.
  3. Go to the tab ‘Results’.
  4. If you scroll down, you will see a table with all the results.
  5. If you want to see a deep dive into the results, you go to ‘Optimization and Insights’, in here you can see exactly what AI is doing and which ad assets are removed.
  6. What do the different metrics mean?
    1. Google:
      1. Spend: this is the money spend, based on our budget.
      2. Clicks: how much clicks the ad got so far.
      3. Cost-per-click: how much money we pay, every time someone clicks on the ad. The lower, the better.
      4. Click-through-rate: the percentage of people that clicked on the ad of the amount of people that we reached. The higher, the better.
      5. Reach: the amount of people that we reached.
      6. Cost per mille: the cost per thousand impressions. The lower, the better.
      7. If you have conversions set up, you will also be able to track the conversions.
      8. Cost per conversion: the money spend for every conversion.
      9. Conversion: how many people converted.
  7. Facebook:
    1. Spend: this is the money spend, based on our budget.
    2. Clicks: how much clicks the ad got so far.
    3. Cost-per-click: how much money we pay, every time someone clicks on the ad. The lower, the better.
    4. Click-through-rate: the percentage of people that clicked on the ad of the amount of people that we reached. The higher, the better.
    5. Reach: the amount of people that we reached.

    7. If you have a leads ad:
      1. Leads: how many leads you got from the ad.
      2. Cost per lead: how much money we paid for every lead.
